Frequently asked questions
How fast will I get a price?
We quote from the cargo details — route, weight, dimensions and loading date. The more precise the data, the faster the reply.
Can you collect from several locations?
Yes. For part loads we combine several pickup points into one route; the price depends on the number of points and the distance.
What if the cargo is delayed in transit?
We report any deviation from the plan immediately and propose a solution. The carrier’s liability is covered by CMR insurance; if the cargo needs full cover, we arrange it separately.
